Front desk lady was amazing and helpful. The room was filthy and uncomfortable.

A Step Back That Needs Improvement

My stay was disappointing overall, with cleanliness being a major issue. Bugs in the bedding and unclean bathrooms really overshadowed the front desk's willingness to help. If you're considering a stay, ensure to check for cleanliness and verify your room specifics ahead of time.

Welcoming staff, but needs improvement

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Plus, the large room size was a bonus for our family gathering.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors looked only superficially clean, and some maintenance updates are overdue, like the fridge not working.

The staff at Super 8 By Wyndham Greenville were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring my check-in process was both smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the comfort it provided during my stay.

The breakfast options were limited.

The cleanliness of the room needs substantial improvement!!! Burn holes in the bed cover and a poorly functioning toilet reflect a lack of attention to details!!! Maintenance updates are definitely overdue!!!

Didn't like anything, except amazing front desk staff!

i previously stayed in the city and super 8 exceeded my expectations this time. the room had extra pillows and sheets, and the a/c worked perfectly. it was nice to get a keycard replacement for free, which was a plus.

the coffee maker was broken.

We loved our stay near the fairgrounds. it was a quick stroll to the lovely McQuinney Howell Wright Park. The spacious room had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. I remember playing games with my son after our day out.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better.

i was utterly unimpressed with the lack of cleanliness in my room, especially finding stains on the sheets and a dusty ceiling fan, as if no one cares. to top it off, the pool was out of service on a scorching hot day. honestly, i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t overlook those details.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and I enjoyed free parking. Room needed thorough cleaning.

The King Studio Suite was cozy and quiet, perfect for a solo retreat, and the fridge made it super convenient to keep my snacks fresh. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, some of the wiring for chargers could be improved, but it didn't take away from the good vibes. 😊

The King Room, Non-Smoking had a really musty smell and the cleanliness was just off. I found cigarette burn holes in the bed spread, and there were weird marks on the walls. The bathroom was a bit sketchy too, with some long hair left behind. But, the room was spacious enough for a couple to move around comfortably.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating when I needed a room change due to the smell of smoke in the non-smoking room. The seasonal outdoor pool provided a nice area to relax after a long day, and the motel has a business center which was convenient for catching up on work tasks.
